We guide you step by step through the entire process until delivery.

Aircraft type comparison (operating costs / maintenance / performance / training / etc…).

- Selection of the best aircrafts per aircraft type.

- Negotiation with the seller/or the manufacturer for brand new aircrafts

- Organisation of visits, visual inspection & pre-buy inspection (inspection costs not included).

- Legal assistance

- Assistance through the “closing” procedure.

- All those different technical, legal, and financial services are included in our remuneration based on a fix fee of the aircraft price for a large cabin aircraft. 


1st Week:
- Aircraft Selection

2nd Week:
- Price negotiation with Seller.
- Execution of the Letter of Intention (LOI)

3rd Week:
- Visual inspection and set-up of the pre-buy inspection
- Execution of the aircraft purchase agreement.

4rd Week:
- Pre-buy inspection and remittance of the pre-buy inspection report.

5th Week:
- Acceptance of the aircraft and closing/delivery.

All acquisition transactions must be authorized and completed directly by IGR AIRCRAFT SALES, LLC CEO Dr. Luis Rivera or appointed official
